Okay, so let's talk about why some connections fizzle out and what we can do to help support more of our connections and lasting longer.

So, of course, not every connection is meant to last or should last more than one or two dates. However, if you've

been on a long, long streak of many one or two dates or having very short relationships that are only

like a month or so, it can be helpful to look at what you can do to help support those little

plans to reach their full potential.

So the first reason why things fizzle out is because we can be really difficult with making

plans. And this isn't just a romantic thing. This is also a friendship thing where ever since we became adults hanging out

became a really big deal. And we make it really difficult to make plans with people sometimes.

And we have all of these other commitments going on. And we have a hard time prioritizing dates slash other people in general. So what's really important

here is to take off some of the pressure of what a date is. Sometimes when we're in connection

with somebody, we almost have this attitude of like, well, okay, so the holidays are coming up,

then I'm going to be out of town for a week, and then I'm going to do this,

and then I'm going to do that, and Friday nights are not good because I see my friend

Aaron, and then I'm going to do, so we make it like somebody needs to pencil themselves
