I say yes and I say it so infatically I say every time every time.

Alright now let's just break this down.

Glass door, well known employment career site, did a employment confidence survey and here's

what they found a couple things I want to pull out 70% of employees feel the need for

specialized on the job training even with their degrees.

Like frankly I'm a little surprised it's not higher than that.

70%, 48% said their degrees, we're not relevant to their current jobs.
