Hi there from CNN, I'm Paula Ortiz with the five things you need to know for Saturday

November 11th. Tensions continue growing in the Middle East, this time between

Israel and Hezbollah. Hezbollah Secretary General Hassan Nasrallah says the Lebanese armed group strikes on Israeli

territory have increased a number and more advanced weaponry is being used.

The increasing attacks mark in escalation in the month-long flare-up where the fighting has largely stuck

around territory near the Lebanon-Israel border. Nasrela also accused the United States of

administering the Israeli military operation in Gaza, he also described the situation

as quote, big exceptional and dangerous.

Meanwhile Israeli Defense Minister Joav Galan's issued a warning to Lebanon saying quote what we're doing in

Gaza can also be done in Beirut. A pro-Palestinian rally in London was met with opposition from right-wing counter protesters.

Earlier today as demonstrators gathered near Central London's Hyde Park corner to call

for a ceasefire in Gaza, heavy police presence was set up around the area.

Later metropolitan police says they, quote, faced aggression from crowd to protesters that stormed the area in quote significant numbers

So far more than 80 counter-protesters have been arrested

Now the latest on another conflict in Ukraine the military says it has made significant strides against

Russia in the past couple of days, but President Vladimir Salanski says he can't move ahead

without the help of the West. CNN's Fred Plaken has more.
