Vice President Kamala Harris has brought fresh energy to the Democratic Party as the new presumptive nominee, but what might

she bring to the presidency? Harris has yet to tell voters, in concrete terms, how she plans

to tackle key issues facing the nation.

But her speeches do offer some insight

into her priorities, which are closely aligned

with the Biden administration,

especially when it comes to making health care

affordable to all and lifting up working class and middle class families.

She took a lead role in championing reproductive rights after Roe v. Wade was overturned,

and even made what's thought to be the first visit by a sitting US president or vice president to an abortion clinic in Minnesota.

When it comes to the economy, some business leaders and wealthy donors are hopeful that Harris will adopt more centrist policies as she

outlines her agenda. Harris is expected to deliver remarks tonight at a campaign
