appreciate it cool so we're talking today about it could potentially be one of the most common questions in the world of pests that I get.

Certainly I think probably you get as well, Jill, and that is of course aphids. Yes yes aphids tend to show up at least in my

garden about this time of year maybe may is is typically when I see them the most and I know that you're like me and you like to have

an organic garden like I do it's not something that I set out to do but it's something that I

morphed into after a couple of years in my garden.

But one thing that I realized is that I want to do as little as possible as far as pest control.

I want to make it as natural as I can. I don't want to do anything

that's going to harm the beneficial insects in my garden. And so AFDS is something that you

have to deal with one way or the other and it's something that I wanted

to be able to test and see if some of these organic quote control methods

would actually work or not. Yeah I think number one I'm the same as you I

I think in my early gardening I didn't really even know what the difference

between organic and non-organic gardening was,

let alone the intricacies of it, you know,

because there's the organic certification

and then there's sort of the organic philosophy

which are definitely different.
