I'm doing really well and look forward to debriefing our conversation with Walter Driver, the founder and CEO of Scoply, which is a billion-dollar online

gaming company. And this is a leader who's really thought about the kind of culture he wants,

what kind of organization he wants, people he wants to have in it, and he's very, very thoughtful.
