I'm doing fantastic and I'm really excited about talking about the conversation I had with my friend Michael Walworth, the CEO of Yext.

It's a great concept. And, you know, he's taking that company and taking it forward.

I love listening to this interview because Michael actually started his career as a bartender.

tend a bar? No, I never tended bar, but I will tell you this, I have hired bartenders before,

and I think they make great executives. I hired Denny Post, who later went on to become a CEO.

But I'm sure being a bartender teaches you a lot about human nature,

teaches you how to interact with customers,

and there's a lot to be learned from any kind of service job.

It certainly helps you understand the complexity of human beings,

and I think that's part of the reason why Michael has been so successful.
