Early on in my career, I did not do it very well because when you become a leader and you

become in charge of a group of people and they're your responsibility, you have all this

built up pressure to really show people why you should be

then I'd give people advice before I knew what they had to say about a particular issue. So

that's when I didn't do it well. The more I matured as a leader,
