0:41.0	in today's episode, we're debriefing your conversation with Jimmy Haslam, who is the owner of the
0:47.2	Cleveland Browns, who have had quite the comeback story over the past several years. I mean,
0:51.6	they went 0 and 16 a few years ago, and they were in the
0:54.8	playoffs last year. Well, Jimmy is one of the great guys in the world for sure. I got to know him.
1:00.9	We happened to be in the same Bible study every Monday morning. And what I really love about him
1:06.5	is that he's an active learner and he's really humble and, you know, he really cares about people
1:13.0	and doing the right thing. And I think he brings that to everything he touches in business.
1:17.9	Well, Jimmy is also the former CEO of Pilot Flying J, which was the fifth largest privately held
1:24.0	company in this country. That's how you get to buy sports teams.
1:29.3	I guess it is. I guess it is. Well, David, let's get rolling with these questions for today.
1:39.7	Question number one. When Jimmy was rethinking strategy and growth for the Browns franchise, he and his team hired Paul D. Podesta
1:47.7	as chief strategy officer.
1:49.9	Now, Paul was a legend in baseball analytics and statistics.
