1:09.2	Question number one. In your conversation with Diana, you ask her what she looks for when
1:14.0	recruiting a CEO for a company. She said she looks for someone with integrity and authenticity,
1:20.2	someone who is aligned with the value system of the company, and someone who can recognize
1:25.3	their own strengths and weaknesses. Now, David, if you were on
1:28.9	a search committee for a new CEO, what characteristics would be and most important for you to look for?
1:34.4	Well, I certainly agree with all of Diana's observations, and I would just add a couple things.
1:39.5	I would really want the CEO or any leader of any significant business to have what I call
1:45.5	is the uncanny combination of confidence and humility. You know, you've got to be confident.
