Summary
All relationships go through seasons of adjustments when "bigger" life events happen. The goal isn't to avoid big life events or challenges, or even try to just make it through it. These seasons are the opportunities to grow the most in your relationship. To do that however you will have to be more flexible, proactive in your communication, and have more grace for each other so that you stay together and not have the event create separation.
Our big life event has been having our baby, who is now 3 months old! Many of you are of course interested in our specific parenting updates around what is working well for us, what challenges we have faced, and how we have gotten even closer together. In this episode you will hear just that, but also the tools that we use ourselves so that you too can maintain your connection no matter what life season you find yourself in.

It's about what's working for us, the challenges that have come up, and the most helpful resources that we found, given, of course, Sky Noelle is 12 weeks. I know 12 weeks or three months, right? It's like trying to figure out, do you do it on the date of their, you know, so she'll technically be three months on the 21st, but she's 12 weeks. |

| 1:01.8 | invited me and us, I would speak on behalf of us, to raise our standard for how we're showing up. |

| 1:12.8 | listening. And even though she doesn't really know what we're saying yet, I believe she can feel |
| 1:17.7 | the energy of it. I believe that she is responding to how she sees us interacting. I think that |
| 1:25.0 | they can feel things on an energetic level and it is imprinting |
| 1:28.9 | something in her. That's what I believe. It doesn't matter how old she is. It is really inviting |
| 1:34.0 | me to be more accountable to how I'm speaking to you, how we work through things together, |
| 1:41.5 | the energy between us, you know, showing love and affection. |
| 1:44.9 | Don't you think it's been that way for us? |
| 1:46.4 | Like it's raised our standard, I feel. |
