You see the positive mindset of love also is a strategy for leadership because it leads

you loving others and then because of that you now serve them, you want to make a difference.

And here's what serving is.

It's commitment and it's sacrifice.

It's about we not me focusing on others more than yourself.

And I know this at home, here's how I know.

I really believe in trying to serve at home as much as I can, even though I didn't always,

but here's like a little way I serve.

When we take a family picture, if I look really good and my wife does it, my wife's like,

this is a horrible picture.

If she looks amazing and I look horrible, it becomes the family picture.

I always serve and sacrifice for the family picture.

I also learned this from my daughter, 15 years old, boy over the house, 17.

I've been traveling a lot and I said, you know what, I got to start spending more time

at home there at an age where I really got to serve more at home.

I wasn't serving enough and I need to become a more servant leader.

My wife was struggling, you know, dealing with a lot of anxiety, a lot of trouble with

the kids and they were struggling, daughter was failing math, all right, I got to be home

more.

Now I'm home and she has a boy in the house, he likes her, he's 17, she's 15.

I tried to engage him in a conversation, I said, so, so what do you like to do?

He said, I love to serve, dude.
