Well, well, well, well, what's up, my friend? Welcome back to the show. I don't know why I just

Whatever you're up to right now. Really looking forward to today's episode. It's going to be a

solo episode with yours truly here. And I want to start off today's episode with, I want you to

start off by, I want to paint a picture for you, a couple pictures for you actually. And the first

picture I want to paint for you is I want you to think of a three-legged stool.

All right.

You get a stool, three legs.

If one of those legs is broken, what happens to the stool?

It falls over, right?

You need all three legs to be sturdy in order for the stool to work like it's supposed to.

Likewise, we moved into a new house here in San Diego in January of this year. This is our first home that we purchased, and it was a new build.

And throughout the latter part of 2019, we visited the job site and got to see the house being

built. I like to come up here on the weekends and just kind of watch it

progressively being built each week. Now, if the builders had not built a solid foundation for the house,
