But let us start in the fine country and continent of Australia, where a nurse in Sydney

has been deregistered, as they

call it, after he masturbated in front of a dementia patient at an aged care facility.

So 48-year-old Arnold Allende, he masturbated in front of the 70-year-old dementia patients

after turning off the lights, closing the curtains to her private room,

the health care complaints commission, they heard that he took advantage of the fact that she would either not remember that he did it or she would not be believed if she reported it.

Then the civil and administrative tribunal, they heard how he'd taken a patient who suffers from

early onset dementia away from movie night with another

resident to go to the bathroom in her private room. He then laid her down on the bed before

taking off his pants and underwear and started masturbating in full view of the patient.

But the good news is he never put his hands on her, but this is what he did for himself.

But he happened to be caught by a female colleague who then reported the incident.

The Health Care Complaints Commission, they told the tribunal how, after being caught,

he would not cooperate with the investigation and immediately found work with another aged care provider.
