So before we get into our topic for today, we always share a favorite thing. It's something that we're using and loving and that we want everyone else to know about.

I have recently been obsessed with my new steel pan.

If you cook with steel pans, you understand why we are obsessed over these things.

all clad five ply steel pan if you know what that means very fancy it isn't fancy it is a tiny

bit pricey but it will change the way you cook your chicken it will be more tender you can create

tomato sauces in there no matter what what you're cooking, it just,

with a steel pan. It cooks great. I've heard like horror stories about steel pans. So I'm afraid

of them. I'll be honest. I don't own one for that reason. Everyone says, the food's going to stick. And so I'll just give a shout out to an influencer that I found on YouTube. His name is the steel pan guy. He sounds like he has a New York Italian, American Italian accent, and he will teach you how to make your food not stick. And it is 100% true. Your meat will not stick to your steel pan if you do it right. Okay. Apparently, I just haven't been influenced correctly. So I'll have to check this out. My favorite thing this week is a Spotify playlist that I've been listening to when I'm like writing or doing just focused work. And I even like wore the sweater. I didn't mean to. But it's called sweater weather instrumentals. Swether. Yeah. And it's like the coziest playlist. So I feel like we're in cooler temperatures right now. You know, sometimes you just need a little background noise to get focused and get some work done. But I'll link it in the show notes. It's a good one. I love it. I always quote the S&L. Sweeter weather. It's sweater weather. It's
