So I'm only going to focus on three habits today, but I think these are three nasty little

habits that we all can develop quite easily and largely be unaware of them or certainly

be unaware of the source to where we can get to the point where we can say, all right,

I can make these changes.

But we're talking about winning in the workplace with people.

You can't win in the workplace just by showing up, just doing your job, ignoring everybody

else, not being cognizant of how you relate and connect with people.

You just can't.

I don't care what you say.

You can't.

And you might call it winning, but it's not really winning.

You will not advance.

You will not gain influence if you can't win with people in the workplace.

So we're going to talk about how we interact with other people because it's so important

and these are people habits, if you will.
