Summary

Major college football and basketball programs continue to evolve into professional sports.

Student athletes, who were once considered amateurs, are now making money from their name, image and likeness. They're also taking advantage of liberalized transfer rules that often look like unrestricted free agency.

That's why it shouldn't be a surprise that some schools, including West Virginia University, have hired a general manager to oversee recruiting and roster management.

In this episode, the "Guys" spend time with WVU's first-ever football GM. Drew Fabianich brings extensive experience from the NFL and the college game. He shares his vision for what college football could look like in the future.
