Going on walks a night was always a relaxing, cathartic, and peaceful experience for me.

Everything from the sounds of the crickets to the chills of the cool night wind

helped cure the stressful days that I often went through.

I'm a warehouse employee for a steel mill.

Working around metal and hot furnaces wasn't exactly the most relaxing job out there.

I would come home all five days a week dripping in perspiration with the smell of smoke and metallic substances engulfing me as if they were flames around a burning log.

Therefore, these nightly walks were sort of a cure to all that.

It was a way to improve my quality of life. I don't know what I would do without them.
