Summary

Sometimes the assumption is that pelvic pain and sexual dysfunction is so very complicated.  Don't get me wrong, sometimes it is.  Doctors don't always have the "magic wand" that we all want.  BUT, sometimes the "win" or solution is just so easy I had to share them here (bonus 4th easy win included because it was just so fun I did't want to stop).  Win #1 - lube Win #2 - estrogen cream Win #3 - Responsive Desire Bonus Win #4 - listen and learn!  --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/kj-casperson/message Learn more about your ad choices. You know, a lot of times it's not a magic wand

and it's not a magic pill to fix things.

But sometimes the easy wins are just so obvious

0:47.9

to somebody who does this all the time

that today I wanted to talk about the easy wins

0:52.3

to be like, there are some simple things that can sometimes really change things around.

1:01.3

The first easy win is when a woman comes to me for a pain with sex and she doesn't use lube.

1:38.3

And so what happens is a woman can be turned on but not have enough lubrication.
