Hey everyone. Welcome back to the Epic Gardening Podcast. Kevin here and today I wanted to go over a really it's going to be a short one today because we're doing some quick quick tips on seed starting that I think many people either don't do on a regular basis or may not

know if they are just starting out. One of the things I always say is that there's no shame in buying seedlings or buying transplants.

You know, if you are an inexperienced gardener and you want some quick wins under your belt,

which I think is a really noble goal, then you don't have to start seeds.

There's nothing wrong.

It doesn't make you less of a gardener if you don't start seeds.

But if you do want to experiment with growing seeds, it can be really fun and

fulfilling to know that you started it literally from the beginning of its

possible life and grew it all the way to harvest and now it's on your plate you're

seeds there's a couple different things I want to talk about.

The first one, I did a video on my Instagram about this,

and it's the importance of airflow.

So airflow does two main things things I would say.

First of all, it mimics a natural environment

where your seedlings would normally be

if they were being direct-zone outdoors in nature, right,

or even in your garden.

The airflow is going to stress the stems of the plants.
