Stephen Cornette of Nature's Always Right. Today we are talking about starting seeds

but we're talking about it in a way I think that you have probably not heard about it before in that we're

comparing different mediums and methods in which you can start your seeds. So do you

want to go with a soil block? Do you want to go with a normal, you know, sort of seedling insert style tray?

Or Stephen's been experimenting with a tray called the Winstead

tray from a guy named Connor Crickmore who runs a farm called Never Sink Farms,

which is one of the most efficient and productive market gardens out there.

So we're going to talk today about why you might want to choose any of those methods, and then which

one Stephen thinks is going to be the one for him going forward.

He's actually running a test right now, which you can go check out pretty soon on either YouTube or

Instagram or probably both.

about these different methods?

I'd absolutely love to.

This is a topic that I'm really into,

because I'm always looking for the best way, the most successful way to start C is,

the most efficient way to do it. And so for many years I've used soil blocks because I've just noticed that the health of the seedlings is just so far superior.

The transplant shock is so much less.
