Summary

A relatable host talks you through some quick decluttering. She also talks about the mental benefits of pushing yourself to do undesirable tasks, a concept taught by Andrew Huberman. Basically, forcing yourself to do housework when you don't feel like it activates the AMCC area of the brain, preventing mental decline. So listen to this episode and get moving!
