Well, listen, that's the goal. You know, that's the goal. I want everybody to be on here. Everybody that listens to this podcast owner, I want to ring the victory bell for them someday, but it you got to go out and you got to close deals and you got to go out and, and really take the action, progress not perfection, take the instruction and actually go out and talk to property owners, have conversations and make offers and watch what happens.
