Hey everyone, welcome to the Walk and Love podcast. I am T.J.

And I'm Brookes, shoot. And today's episode is all about joy. And we will be sharing some

embarrassing stories about ourselves. So to kick things off right away, we're going to start with our most embarrassing stories, which we were chatting about on the drive over here.

And I'm fully aware that I don't have very many embarrassing stories because I'm such a cautious person. I was a very cautious person

as a kid and apparently I still am. Sometimes I don't feel like I am, but I guess that I am.

So I have a couple memories of being very embarrassed, but I feel like it was all internal,

which so explains my personality.

Like, in second grade, I remember vividly.

I remember we were all called to like sit down for story time.

And we were to each grab a carpet square and like go sit in a group for story time.

And a bunch of us must have been sitting too far back.

So she asked

us to scoot in and instead of standing up, picking up my carpet square like I should have done.

Right. What a fool. What a second grade fool. I just grabbed the edges of my carpet square

underneath me and like, like, try to like scoot forward. And when I did that, I farted and the whole

class heard it. And I remember it. Yeah. Everybody knew it was me. And I remember in fifth grade,

I got my name written down on the art board. These are such minor things in life. Okay, but I still

remember it like it was yesterday. It was bad enough that my name was on the life. Okay, but I still remember it like it was yesterday.

It was bad enough that my name was on the board, like for getting in trouble.

But the fact that it was on the board in the art room, like in the, right, that was like your,

that was like my jam.

Like that's where, yeah, I remember that.
