Mindfulness is a moment, the power of checking in.

Mindfulness is a funny concept and here's why.

People will argue about what mindfulness means.

I knew a guy, he said,

hey Mike, what do you think mindfulness means?

And I said, mindfulness means that you're kind of in the moment,

you're in the zone, you're flowing,

you're being rather than doing.

You're just thinking about what you want to do right now in the present.

He goes, Mike, that's wrong.

Like, what do you mean it's wrong?

I said, but mindfulness is X, Y, and Z, and they get really sort of, they get pissy about it and again I don't want to keep

harping on white gorilla mindset is different but that's another way my mindset is

different the way I teach it is all these mindfulness people say namaste, namaste, they're yoga,

pees necks, they're weirdos.

But if you tell them, you have a different understanding of mindfulness,

they get really, really upset.

I always thought, it's kind of funny that you people think you

know so much about mindfulness and you think you're such peace next and you're always

saying namaste but you get offended if somebody has a different understanding of

mindfulness.
