if I had chosen to go back to the hospital and this had happened, it would have been a completely

different birth because they would have put me on Potocin and I would have had her hours earlier,

but it would have been an augmented birth and it wouldn't have been natural.

Obviously, my body needed a stall for 12 hours or eight hours or whatever to like really rest

and relax to get things going so I could pop her out fast.

I mean, if I'd been at the hospital,

who knows what would have happened. And I'm really glad I didn't have that being shoved down my throat,

like, ever. Or even, because the midwives were just like, oh, yeah, she's just up high. She'll come

down in a couple hours, calls when you're ready. And they just left. Like, they don't, they're not hovering. They don't care. They know it's going to take

care of itself. And they're like, okay, bye. And that was wonderful, like, so wonderful to not

have them, like, hovering with nothing happening. Getting pregnant and giving birth are two of

the most exciting things you can ever hope to experience in this life.
