What is going on everybody John Middlet cop freeing out podcast back at it again.

Maybe running on fumes you know it's Miami. I'm in my mid 30s.

35 feel like I'm going on 60. You know I can't quite run the streets like I used to but I've mentally battled through and got a big show today.

Went to the chief's hotel this morning. Talk to my man Brett Vich chief's general manager once famously said Patrick Holmes was the best player he'd ever scouted.

Looks like a genius we talk about that and just spend some time around the chiefs and hung out with the team hotel for a couple hours.

It's good to see some friends and there are they got a good thing going they got a really really good thing going and we'll dive into that off the top and then the interview is about 30 minutes.

Vich was awesome. I apologize upon the great pop the interview I was probably jumping on sometimes when you interview someone you're really close to and you talk to a lot.

You just have a conversation but when you're interviewing you know I'm not I'm not exactly how I'm starting of an interview I can get a lot better.

It doesn't get lost on me but one thing I've seen I've been around him earlier this year in LA and then was around him yesterday.
