What is going on, everybody? John Bilkoff, 3-in-out podcast, back at it again Sunday night.

9 o'clock at night. Actually, just got out of the shower. Feeling fresh and clean. Had a long day of not doing much. Eating, consuming football.

I don't even want to look at my phone to check out how many steps I took because I did not take many.

Today was not the most active day, but it was a lot of football watching. God damn my good at that.
