Good morning, everyone, and welcome back to another mornings with the Masters.

We're going to devote ourselves to the Lord, daily with you.

We're picking up with day three of our How to Stop Worry in Devotional and the Bible app.

And as always, I'm going to read the scripture, then Tori's going to pick up with the Devo.

The scripture is Philippians chapter four, verses six and seven, and it says this,

don't worry about anything.

Instead, pray about everything.

Tell God what you need and thank Him for all that He has done.

Then you will experience God's peace, which exceeds anything that we can understand.

His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.

The devotional is titled How to Stop the Worry Cycle.

And it says this, on day two, we learned a lot about worry.

So now that we know what do we do, we have to recognize when we're worrying and replace those

uninvited thoughts with ones that not only bring a good return, but help us live in peace.
