MSN was one of the earliest social media networks that allowed friends to stay connected no matter where they were.

But as with any great new invention, soon we would see its dark side.

People used the platform to discuss sinister and even criminal things, such as the case with this story,

the murder of 18-year-old Kimberly Proctor.

Her killers planned and fantasized about her murder over MSN long before they actually went through with it,

and they even continued using the site

afterwards to support their fake alibis. Today we're going to be discussing the case

of the MSN killers. Before we get into the case I want to give my usual

disclaimer that I mean absolutely no disrespect to anyone that I talk about in this video.

So today's case takes place in Canada, in a place called Langford in British Columbia.

That's where Kimberly Proctor was born on January 1st, New Year's Day of 1992 to her parents,

Fred and Lucy. Langford was a very nice place for the Proctor family to be settling down and

raising a family. It was very friendly, it was very safe, it was just very comfy and cozy. It was just a nice place.

The Proctors were very happy there. They were a very, very happy family and Kimberly grew up to be a very

happy girl. She was very smiley. You know one of those kids that's just always bouncing about,

really positive. She was that kid. She was very fun
