People used the platform to discuss sinister and even criminal things, such as the case with this story,

Her killers planned and fantasized about her murder over MSN long before they actually went through with it,

So today's case takes place in Canada, in a place called Langford in British Columbia.

That's where Kimberly Proctor was born on January 1st, New Year's Day of 1992 to her parents,
