It's Matt Freeman. How's it going this week, Matt?

Everybody want a burger? I got a lot of fresh, fresh juicy burgers coming right off the grill.

Hey, what's that, um, what's that taste in there? It's, it's, um, a little bit of, uh,

time.

Did I tell you, I had this cookbook. My wife and I were cooking from one time for a while,

and this woman was obsessed with time,

and she would put so much time in every single one of her meals.

It was really, truly absurd.

Yeah, I feel like every recipe is always telling me to add time to things.

And I never have thought to myself like,

you know what really makes this dish the time?

And yet,

and yet I continue to do it if the recipe says to do it.

So I don't know what that says about me is I know how to cook,

but only specifically if there's a recipe in front of me telling me exactly how much

of everything to put in it.

Yeah.

And I will not stray from it.

I will not experiment.

I will just do that exact thing.
