Summary
It's October, and marathon season is fully here, which means you will be hearing plenty from Des and Kara over the coming weeks. We know you aren't mad about that!

Then as the main course, they recap the results from the Chicago Marathon including Conner Mantz's American Record, before finishing with their takes on the 2nd Athlos meet that happened in NYC this past weekend.
