This week, our 19 part coverage of Stephen King's It continues with part 12 covering chapters 18 and the fourth dairy interlude. Ben takes on storytelling duties

and tells of the silver ball bearings and the loser's confrontation with it in the house

at Neboldt Street. Then, as you prepare to move into the fifth and final part of the novel,

we take a brief check-in with Mike, who via his interlude, tells us of the gruesome and unusual

story of the massacre at the Silver Dollar.

Matt, what did you think of this week's reading?

Well, you know, it's not the climax, but it felt rather climactic.

We got a big confrontation where everybody joins their strengths together and confronts the

evil.

Obviously, the first of a few times that something like this is going to happen, I guess.

Yeah.

But it was great.

It was great.

Some amazing moments, a lot to dig into.

I really love how each of the characters is really allowed to breathe and express themselves through even these really intense scenes.

I think this is a thing.
