Hello everybody, this is Invest Talk, and I'm Steve Peasley.

It is Friday, March 31, 2023, and today is the final day of the first quarter of this year,

final day.

So how do the first quarter go?

Nothing stands still, everybody.

The talk market always changes, just like the economy changes, and yeah, there are long

periods where it doesn't, but man, not these days, not the last few couple of years.

This year and this year, things have changed dramatically, especially in the industry sphere,

and that has changed a lot in how we look at our investments, that made us much more focused

on what's going on in our investments, and we're going to talk about that, exposures to

interest rates.
