And what a day for some Brooks athletes on these opening rounds. How you been, Kara? I've been good. I heard you got some good training in today. And that made me so happy. I did. I've been staying on like the East Coast time zone. So I'll wake up like 2 or 3 a.m. I have some food. And then I went for my run. Got 12 miles in. That's good. I had a nice place to run. I was like, okay, like I'm in my rhythm now. Yeah. Yeah. So that's good. So you've been crashing at night a little bit. Yes. Yeah. So any evening stuff that you want to go deep on, you're going to have to carry the load. But yeah, no, I have tickets in the first night.

I was like, oh, I'll see you guys there.

Like, I had really good, I didn't have good intentions. It's a lot. I'm going to say it. I was like, I'm going to sleep immediately. And then I set an alarm to watch the women's 10 and went back to bed. But last night, I made it to the track. Good job. I watched 100 meter prelims, and by the end of them I was doing the thing.

But when you need to be on, you need to be on. But I need to be on. But I can't sleep. Yeah. I'm like so sleep deprived. I'm not going to lie. Like I get back here and I'm like on a high and I've taken caffeine for the broadcast
