We've all heard the story that Amazon is developing a fleet of drones to deliver packages

but now they've been granted a patent for a drone that can respond to human gestures, including, and this is true, screaming and flailing.

The good news is if you scream and flail loud enough, the drone might even let you live.

But it's not as frightening as it sounds. The patent says the drone can react by releasing the package it's carrying.

So instead of stealing Amazon packages off your front step, thieves now just have to do this.

Ah, got a got a decided to good idea with a two thirds vote. That's a hell of a hurdle right there.

Both houses, the dumb one and the intransigent one. Two thirds in both houses.

Right. Just to propose it to the states. Well, let's stop there because you're never going to get that. Right?

So last time was that we actually amended the Constitution because that's what you do.

You'd add another amendment repealing the Second Amendment.

The last time was in 1992 repeal and replace, repeal and replace.

In 92, we amended the Constitution that Congress can't vote itself raises. That's the last time.
