We talked about this guy a while back, but he's finally got sentenced.

This happened in North Wildwood, New Jersey.

Animal rights activists were outraged when they, remember the guy that ripped off the seagull's head.

Just decapitated the seagull's head because it took fries from his daughter yeah which is what

they do by the way right he pleaded guilty to several charges including third degree animal cruelty

you think that'd be first degree ripping the head off something if that's not what is yeah what is

second degree and what is first degree that's somebody meditated if that's

only third degree premeditated is first degree somebody mentioned that when it comes of human murder

and second degree is passion and third degree is like uh manslaughter that's what the and they

charged that uh legless armless dude with the first, probably in case the first one doesn't stick that

he's charged with a second one. Yeah, maybe. Yeah. Yeah, he received, what do you get? Eight years,

no, eight months or something like that? Yeah. Eight months in jail. Yeah. For beheading a seagull on the

beach. He showed his daughter what, yeah. And then, I I've even clicked on the story yet because

did the daughter thank him or did that traumatize her it would probably she probably

probably a little girl I got to think the latter dad's a dick yeah if dad's reacting like

that he but she might be traumatized in other ways, too, just by being around the guy.
