0:25.9	No, in all seriousness, this morning I watched a little bit of our friend Sam Cedars appearance
0:30.6	on the Patrick Bet David show, a program I did a month or six weeks ago or so.
0:35.9	And one of the topics that came up with them was about what should tax rates be and taxing
0:41.7	the rich and Sam says, yes, and Patrick says, no, and okay, I don't want in this segment
0:47.9	to delve into the should we or shouldn't we or the morals of the ethics?
0:53.7	What I simply want to address here is if we wanted to tax the ultra wealthy more, how
1:00.8	would we do it effectively?
1:02.2	And what I mean by effectively is it's very easy to say, raise the top income tax rate,
1:08.2	but then you realize, wait a second, a lot of the ultra wealthy aren't earning income
1:12.3	in wages subject to that rate.
1:15.4	So that's not really going to help.
1:17.6	And then the background of all of this is the news that democratic senators as Huff post
1:22.0	reports are urging the Biden administration to go after what they call ultra wealthy tax
1:27.8	dodgers.
1:29.4	Most of this is specifically related to using trusts and other financial vehicles when
1:34.5	it comes to inheritance, when it comes to inheritance and what we might call a state
1:38.4	tax or some like to call it the death tax.
1:41.2	So what I want to do in this segment, just to provide a little bit of food for thought,
1:45.6	is give a bunch of different changes that could be made to the tax code that would help
