So much to tackle luckily we have a

Long week together. We all kind of ease back into it. No way to tackle it all in these two hours

But last hour a little commentary on the NCAA tournament

as well as NFL free agency the retirement of the great Gene Decker off and

a mention of four state football because obviously while I was away

No practices they get back after it this week very excited

To go out there again this week and get a chance to watch this team grow compete and get better

I do think that there are areas

Areas on this football team that have to get better. There are areas on this football team that through a very brief

Stretch of spring practice. I'm convinced will be better

And I also think there are a lot of conclusions that you can't come to yet

And that's why we're gonna have to watch this play out on and through the spring game and into the fall

I'm a leery of jumping to conclusions just yet

There's just so much that we can't know and so much more for individuals and others competing for jobs

To prove a couple of these young guys might emerge as guys that not only play but play significant snaps significant roles

And if they continue to improve if they can handle the workload and the pressures

If they can continue to see their confidence grow

There are others that perhaps have surprised us Tom guys that maybe I'd written off coming into camp that I'd thought

Had shown enough evidence on the field of play as to to write them off who are now
