So a homeless man, workers lifted a Michigan homeless man in a porta potty.

What was the story on this push? You got this?

Yeah, I think it was just, I think it sounds like it was a construction site of some sort.

He went into poop or something?

And this guy saw a porta John and decided he was going to go in.

And then the guys at the construction site decided they were going to drive the forklift over there.

And I don't know.

He says he was in there and they somehow splashed him with the stuff inside the porta potty.

Did they know he was in there?

They were jacking with him?

Yeah. Okay? Yeah.

Oh, okay.

Yeah, it sounds like he says it was very intentional.

He's filed a lawsuit.

The company said that the forklift driver didn't know he was in there, never raised it up, and there was no evidence of him being splashed.
