Aravadic medicine's holistic approach to health is something that is quite new to me.

The term Aravida is derived from the Sanskrit,

Ara meaning life and Veda meaning wisdom.

There are three main body types known as Dosha's.

These are Vata, Pitter and caffa, which express our skin type, physical characteristics, health and personality traits.

We can learn a lot about ourselves from discovering our doshias and in this episode we will go deeper into the details explaining how you can discover yours. So all of these different experiences were our souls to curriculum that

higher Veda would say our souls chose. Our souls chose to go through those

experiences because they prepared us for how we are meant to

express our darma and then different obstacles in our lives show up for us to deepen that

understanding.
