0:46.4	week about 10 days ago we already saw Joe Biden taking the lead in some
0:51.4	general election polls against the failed former
0:54.2	president. We now are seeing that in more polling. A new poll suggests
0:58.7	Biden will beat Trump, the third poll to make the prediction in the last week according to a new survey
1:06.2	by the Democratic Super PAC Progress Action Fund conducted by PPP Biden leads Trump 46 to 45.
1:15.0	Now of course all of these are statistically tied.

1:19.0	When it's Trump plus 2 or Biden plus 2, it's all statistically tied because most of these polls have
