A recap of season three so far.

After the strange events of season two, our adventurers, Thrace, Redfield, Julian and Henley were having a relaxing adult beverage in a never winter bar.

Suddenly a portal opened and sucked Thrace down into it.

Our remaining crew eventually set out about figuring out what happened to their friend.

They met the acquaintance of several characters along the way, the first of which was a human

called Samuel, who turned out to be the man-servant of Thrace's father, the king of the

dragon-born kingdom.

Yes, it's true.

Thrace is a princess, and more shockingly, the royal

family have all disappeared into these similar portals.

Kazi, the coach driver, transports them to the Dragonborn Kingdom, which is under siege from

dark forces, and they meet the villain of our peace, an imposingly large grey dragonborn

named Orick, who tells him he is the new ruler of this realm,

as is his right.

Our gang's meeting with Oric is very short-lived, however, as as soon as they start getting sassy,

they hear the now annoyingly familiar sound of a portal being opened, and they're thrown down to the shadowfowl,

a hell dimension below the normal plane of existence.

Luckily for them, their team is once again fully manned when they meet Balak Brightwood, a young druid who has somehow ended up down there while searching for his missing parents.

While in the shadow fell, they find the royal family, although Thrace and her father are unconscious,

presumably suffering the effects of this dark region. When night falls, Samuel once again appears

and spills all the tea, revealing the oric is indeed somewhat entitled to the throne,

due to him being the illegitimate eldest son of the king and an iced dragon-born woman.
