experiencing, exploring, and analyzing Stephen King's greatest hits.

My name is Scott Daly, and I am one of your hosts.

I'm a constant reader, Tower Junkie, and I've read just about all of Stephen King's books.

I used to be able to say all of them, but I haven't gotten around to read fairy tale quite yet.

And I'm Matt Freeman, and after two seasons of this show, I can say that I am now a constant reader as well, though my to be read list is a little longer than Scots.

Which is why Matt's season three is happening. This is why we're here right now.

That's right. If this is your first time ever listening to us, welcome. This show is what we call

a close analysis podcast hosted by two people, us, one of which has read the book that we're

discussing beforehand. That would be me. And one of which is reading the book for the first time.

And that, Matt, if you forgot, is, is you.

Oh, yeah, okay.

So the books are divided into roughly 75 page sections covered by us each week.

We'll spend two hours or so, maybe more than two hours.

Each episode discussing the plot, themes, characters,

and probably reference Lord of the Rings a few times.

Although maybe less time this season than in the past, Matt. Maybe, maybe.

Not if I can help it.

Our first season of the show covered Stephen King's Dark Tower series, and season two stuck with the levels of the tower adjacent to King's magnum opus.

But Matt, for season three, we're going rogue, man.

We're just tossing all the tower pretense out the window and we're saying, we just want to read more Stephen King books and talk about them.

So what I've compiled for you and for our audience here is what I'm calling Stephen King's greatest hits. And I know saying that sentence means that I'm immediately going to get attacked
