THE ELISE CRANNY SPECIAL IS HERE
A 60-minute masterclass on flourishing within the sport of running. Elise tackles some tough questions surrounding how to go about the sport in a sustainable way while still pursuing big goals.
If you're not familiar with Elise, she's a 2xOlympian, 4xUS Champion, and US National Record Holder in the Outdoor 3k. She has had one of the most dominant opening stretches to a career in US Women's distance running.
In college, Elise competed for Stanford University, where she had one of the most dominant careers in Stanford history, going on to become a 12-time All-American. She was also a two-time Pac-12 champion.
In high school, she won two cross-country state championships, as well as two state track titles in the 800, 1600, and 3200. Elise also competed at the 2014 World Junior Championships and finished fourth in the 1500m.
In today's conversation, Elise takes me through reflections from her 2024 season, her coaching change, and the impact Coach Jared Cornfield has had, how to flourish in the sport of running, how to approach running more sustainability, and SO much more!
This is definitely one of the most insightful podcasts I've ever heard. Do not miss this one. You will be blessed by the wisdom shared.
