I was reading how he's column recently

about the, what he describes as the Democrats unconstitutional

122 page gun grab bill that is now hurtling toward the governor's desk at

the State House joining us to discuss this and to take

all your questions regarding the Second Amendment, ammo, guns, whatever you want to

talk about is Toby Leary from Cape Gunworks. Toby, it's an 122 page gun grab bill but can you distill it down to a couple of sentences for us for people who are just

catching on to the story?

Yeah, well, Grace, this is, and thank you for having me on and this is a very important issue.

This is a bill that we've been working on since the summer. Michael Day's office introduced it at the end of the 9 11 stop listening tour which was more of a you know

insult to gun owners who actually took the time out of the schedule to come and voice their opposition to this on the bus bill.

But it is really a wish list of the Giffords and every town and Brady and Bloomberg groups out there.

Every gun control group out there, this is a almost near perfect wish list for the gun grabbers out there and they are in it for the long haul

it's a death by a thousand cuts and so they didn't get everything they wanted but getting near everything.
