All right, here we go. Welcome in everyone to this week's edition of the Deer Hunter podcast Friday, May 26th Memorial Day weekend, 2023, and you are in the studio.

What is a studio?

It's a 1973 airstream.

Right now on my property in northern Michigan, it's my last week.

Here I'll be getting into my permanent residency and getting an official studio back up and running here in the coming weeks, but in the interim, this has been okay,

and that's where we are today, and it's the last podcast recorded out of here.

Actually, next week's podcast is already recorded and was done so out of here.

So I guess technically that would be the last one, but this is the last time I'm coming to you

from the airstream.

So this week I'm joined by my good

friend bo martonic host of the east meets west podcast most of you guys gals will know of

bow he's a puts out a ton of content in the hunting space outstanding individual stand-up guy, great deer hunter, great hunter in general,

and just well-rounded character, individual, right? I really like the guy, and I'm fortunate to

call him a friend and have him on the podcast here this week. It's an outstanding conversation.

Man, we run through some big woods deer hunting. We talk about, well, I'm kind of selfishly picking his brain on breaking

down big tracks of land and specifically targeting new areas, how you break down and, you know,

are efficient with your time, right?

Because I have a lot of that to do now that I've moved.

We talk a little bit about gear.

We go in depth on trail camera strategy. You kind of go back and forth a little bit about how we're both using cameras now in the modern day.
