Welcome back, everybody, to The Incomparable.

I'm your host, Jason Snell.

We're here to kick off a new series of, hopefully, series.

It's the first one you never know, a series of episodes know we watch Miyazaki movies and we watch Pixar movies and there are other things that

we do star wars movies start we talk about Star Trek so um back many years ago in the early days

of the incomparable we did an episode about the entire output of Joss Whedon in an hour.

He fished.

Back when you could do it in an hour.

Well, that was, no, not even then.

And back then, we thought that, you know, I guess that the incomparable would only air for about 10 episodes.

And then we would be done.

We would have covered everything and we could move away.

And instead, as we near episode 300, um, I decided perhaps my favorite TV show of all time deserved more than

10 minutes tucked inside, uh, a podcast about all of the work of a particular, uh, particular person.

So we're going to talk about Buffy the Vampire Slayer, my favorite

TV show of all time. And we are going to start by talking about just one season. That's right.
