Social distancing feels an awful lot like social isolation

And though our teens are connected through Xbox and Instagram,

they are social creatures and the physical distance

from their friends is quickly becoming a serious emotional and

psychological strain. Not to mention the anxiety associated with coronavirus fears,

a lot of heightened emotions.

So if you're a teenager with ADHD has, like so many do,

a comorbid condition like depression,

then you may be worried about their exaggerated emotion,

their anxiety, their social isolation, all pushing, you know, maybe an existing mood disorder into dangerous territory.
