just feeling completely fine then of the middle of the night it pretty much all hit me pretty much

every like cliche symptom and sign you can have piercing headache you know i got really hot fever

was quite quite a crazy night and it kind of persisted through the day like it was kind of funny

because i've never i think literally the last spot i was living at i lived there for like a year and a half

and i don't think i took a nap there ever um but it was funny i was supposed to film these

out at one point i think when i was sleeping but i actually ended up like sleeping pretty much right

until like 12 like it's funny i don't sleep in ever i got up i did a little bit of work but my head

was just killing me and it was it was quite a thing anyways nonetheless you know my quote for

this week is it feels good to feel good.

It's funny. Every time after I'm sick or something, like, I really just feel so happy to feel myself and to feel great. And what's funny yesterday, like when I feel lethargic, like, and it's a bigger person too, right? Like, I'm about 220 pounds, six foot two. Like, it's a lot of me to carry around, right? And when I'm feeling weak, I feel it. So it's so funny because this is kind of going into my thoughts. Like I really, in a very short period of time, know what it feels like to feel really weak and tired and lethargic. And then today I woke up and I'm like, it feels good to feel good. Like I felt strong again. I felt fired up like my body feels like it's hard to describe but when I'm sick like everything just feels so heavy and I'm like oh why do I have these big muscles like all these different things like I don't want to carry this around it's so hard I'm just like in my little head like how do I move this big body like getting off the couch seemed impossible but I just think it's a great analogy too like if you're really out of shape right now like that's one thing to really look forward to and as i've helped client lose 20 pounds 30 pounds 100 pounds 100

plus pounds you know what i like to do with them is i say go to the gym for me and um you know

take a photo uh or hold the dumbbell of that weight you lost, you know,

and feel how that feels? And people are like, how the heck did I carry that around? Or I'll say

going to walk and put a dumbbell in your backpack and feel all that feels because you'll be like,

oh my goodness. So, you know, very often we get too obsessed with the aesthetic of a fitness
